Regular Coach Check-Ins
Consistent communication is a key part of our coaching approach. Our coaches stay connected with you throughout your training to provide feedback, support, and adjustments when needed. As your fitness evolves, your training plan will be updated to ensure you continue progressing.
Benchmark Testing & Performance Tracking
We establish performance benchmarks at key points in your training to measure progress and fine-tune your workouts. Training data and workout results are continuously reviewed so adjustments can be made to keep you training at the right intensity for optimal development.
Video Technique Analysis
We use video analysis to help refine your swim, bike, and run technique. Our coaches review your movement patterns and provide detailed feedback so you can improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and perform at your best.
Race Planning & Strategy
Preparing for race day goes beyond training. Our coaches help you build a smart race strategy by considering course profiles, weather conditions, pacing, and your individual strengths to help you perform confidently on race day.
Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition plays a critical role in endurance performance. Our coaches work with you to develop effective fueling strategies for both training and racing. We also provide day-to-day nutrition guidance to support your overall performance, recovery, and long-term goals.
